CONSULTATIONS (IN PERSON and VIDEO)
This is a busy practise, we need you to make every effort to attend your appointment otherwise other clients are being inconvenienced.
Please give as much notice as possible if you can’t make an appointment or need to change your mind.
We’d like at least 48 hours notice in order to try and fill the slot that was reserved for you, but we would prefer a bit more if possible.
Failure to let us know that you’re not coming, wastes the therapist’s time and means another patient with urgent needs may go untreated.
If you have pre-paid or are using a voucher, the treatment will be deemed to have taken place and the voucher used if you fail to give 48 hours notice of cancellation. We reserve the right to charge you the full price of a treatment if you fail to give 48 hours notice of cancellation.
Pre-paid appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours notice will be refunded, but an admin fee of £35 will be retained to reflect our admin burden.
Similarly, if you reschedule and give more than 48 hours notice, an admin fee of £25 will be applied to reflect our admin burden.
If your Plan Delivery session needs to be rescheduled because you have not provided additional information by the deadline you agreed to, a rescheduling fee of £45 will be applied.
If you book a free service such as a Discovery call and do not show, you may book another but only after payment of a £25 admin fee.
If we have to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will give you more than 48 hours notice if possible and reschedule at your convenience. If you have already paid (and we cancel), we will give you priority on rearranging your appointment or a refund if you prefer.
LABORATORY TESTING
You may be able to claim a partial refund if you decide not to proceed with a test, subject to various terms and conditions – see below.
If you purchase directly with a laboratory on my referral, you will contract with that company and you agree to their cancellation policy on payment.
If you purchase the test from Naturopath.Clinic, we will sub-contract that to a laboratory company and we will be subject to their cancellation policy. We will transfer the terms of that policy to your purchase from us. You may like to check out the policy at the website of the relevant lab. The test kit and accompanying paperwork with identify the laboratory company.
BLOOD TESTING
Blood tests prices (whether sold by a lab or through us) may include the test of the blood draw, and therefore cannot be cancelled once the blood draw has taken place.

PROCESSING
We will aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving your request. However, be aware that our online payment service partner may take additional time to return your funds.
We assume you agree as a condition of booking.
